Tower City Door Closures

Effective Monday, September 9, 2024, Tower City management will be implementing changes to building access, resulting in some of the exterior doors being inaccessible during the overnight hours.

For the doors from Public Square, only the doors toward the western end of the plaza closer to Hotel Cleveland, marked at #2 on the diagram shown, will be open 24/7. A guard or secondary officer will be stationed at these doors from 11pm – 6am.

For the doors on Prospect Avenue and Huron Road, only the westernmost doors on the south side of Prospect Avenue, closest to W 3, marked at #8 on the diagram shown, will be open 24/7.

Riders should look for signage directing them to the nearest open doors at all times.
