Westbound: Regular route to Mayfield and Kenilworth, left on Kenilworth, bear left on Derbyshire, right on Euclid Heights Boulevard, continue on Cedar, right on Murray Hill, continue on Adelbert, left on Euclid, returning to regular route.
Eastbound: Regular route to Euclid and Adelbert, right on Adelbert, continue on Adelbert, continue on Murray Hill, left on Cedar, left on Euclid Heights Boulevard, left on Derbyshire, continue on Kenilworth, right on Mayfield, returning to regular route.
