CLEVELAND - The Board of Trustees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) met today.  All resolutions were approved, including a resolution expressing the sorrow of the Board and RTA at the passing of former trustee, Jesse O. Anderson, Sr.
