CLEVELAND -- As the two major West Side rail projects wrap up, the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) moves ahead on a major East Side rail project.
Because the Cedar-University Rapid Station is being rebuilt, buses will serve the Cedar-University Station and the rest of the eastern section of the Red Line for two weeks, as the rail is shutdown for construction.
On June 9 and June 22, all East Side Red Line service -- between Tower City and the Louis Stokes Station at Windermere -- will be served by buses. From June 10-21, buses will serve all stations between Cedar-University and the Louis Stokes Station at Windermere.
Customers can ride the buses or the HealthLine on Euclid Avenue.
For more details, read these Service Alerts.
The HealthLine may be a more convenient option for customers during this time.
RTA apologizes for the inconvenience.
