WHO: RTA employees and volunteers
WHAT: Photo opportunity: RTA and volunteers prepare to clean up along the Blue and Green Line tracks. This is the third of three weekend clean-up efforts. The first two took place on the Red Line. RTA officials said volunteers "did a terrific job" on the Red Line. Now they can turn their attention to the Blue and Green Lines.
WHEN: Sunday, July 10, 2016, at:
- 9:45 a.m.
- 1:45 p.m.
WHERE: Between Buckeye-Woodhill and Shaker Square. Please meet on the platform of the Buckeye-Woodhill Station, 9528 Buckeye Road, Cleveland.
RTA representatives will be there to meet you.
Volunteers will be dispersed to clean up the area between Buckeye-Woodhill and Shaker Square stations.
WHY: RTA is working to clean along the tracks of the Rapid Transit lines in anticipation of the Republican National Convention.
Note: Please wear work boots or close-toed shoes. Sunscreen or other sun protection is recommended.
In the event of severe weather, the event may be cancelled.
