2014-50 – Expressing the great sorrow of the Board of Trustees and the entire Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority at the passing of Julie A. Cunningham, and extending condolences to her family
2014-51 – Expressing appreciation to Dr. Valarie J. McCall for her service to Northeast Ohio and the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and endorsing her candidacy for Vice Chair of APTA
2014-52 – Expressing congratulations to the employees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority who retired during the second quarter of 2014
2014-53 – Authorizing Contract No. 2014-015 with SIL4 Systems, Inc., for the development, satisfactory testing and production of a prototype replacement microprocessor for the Authority’s fleet of heavy rail vehicles (HRV), as specified, in an amount not to exceed $302,211.55 (RTA Development Fund, Rail Equipment Department budget)
2014-54 – Authorizing Contract No. 2014-039 with Brink’s, Inc. to provide revenue collection services (armored car services) to the Authority, as required, for a period of three years in an amount not to exceed $1,300,206.51 with two one-year options in amounts not to exceed $479,371.86 and $505,551.09 respectively for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,285,129.46 (General Fund, Revenue Department budget)
2014-55 – Authorizing sole source Contract No. 2014-099 with 4ONE for the fabrication and installation of seats, as specified to be designated for 16 West Shore Express BRT buses for an amount not to exceed $180,000.00 (RTA Development Fund, Fleet Management Department budget)
2014-56 – Ratifying Contract No. 2014-114 with Delta Railroad Construction, Inc. under Project 52E, Red Line, West Trackwork, as specified and as required, in an amount not to exceed $561,702.00 (RTA Development Fund, Engineering and Project Development Department budget)
2014-57 – Authorizing the General Manager/Secretary-Treasurer to enter into contracts for auction services and the sale of scrap and obsolete property, as required
2014-58 – Authorizing the General Manager/Secretary-Treasurer to acknowledge and accept the roles and responsibilities of the GCRTA with the Cuyahoga County office of Emergency Management’s updated Cuyahoga County Emergency Operations Plan, establishing the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority as the primary agency for Emergency Support Function #1 (Transportation) with the purpose of coordinating all Emergency Transportation Resources for the response and recovery from any disaster in Cuyahoga County and as a support agency for Emergency Support Function #8 (Public Health and Medical Services)
2014-59 – Adopting the Tax Budget of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2015 and submitting the same to the Cuyahoga County fiscal officer
2014-60 – Adopting debt policies for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority
2014-61 – Authorizing the General Manager/Secretary-Treasurer to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District for student fares
