Improvements to the Paratransit Website were made by The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) to make the online scheduling of Paratransit services much easier for their customers.
The improved and updated website removes the digital barriers faced by customers with visual and auditory disabilities. The site is now even easier to navigate with a clean, modern design that is functional and aesthetically pleasing on devices of different sizes.
“I am thrilled to bring this website enhancement to our riders who have communicated their desire for user friendly, intuitive technology to easily schedule their trips on GCRTA’s Paratransit service,” said GCRTA Paratransit District Director, Nicholas Davidson. “Connecting the Community includes connecting them online, and this upgrade provides flexibility in scheduling options to accommodate their busy lives. This website update will also improve the customer experience for our online users and those that call into our call center,” added Davidson.
