The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) Board Trustees approved the property sale of a 2.9-acre excess portion of the 8-acre Euclid Park-N-Ride facility at 23900 St. Clair Ave., in Euclid to Keene Holdings LTD at a cost of $145,000.
The selling of this property will allow Keene Holdings LTD to construct a new facility that enables them to expand their manufacturing capacity on St. Clair Ave., resulting in significant job creation and future expansion. Keene Holdings LTD will also utilize GCRTA’s Commuter Advantage program, purchasing pre-tax transit passes for their employees.
