CLEVELAND -- Employees and friends of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) will raise money for the Paralyzed Veterans of America - Buckeye Chapter by hitting the links this weekend.

At 8 a.m.Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013,  participants in the annual RTA golf outing at Powderhorn Country Club in Madison, OH, will compete for prizes. They will also raise money for soldiers who fought for our freedom and are now paralyzed from their service. Dozens of paralyzed veterans will attend as guests.

A $75 registration fee includes 18 holes of golf (shotgun start and scramble), lunch and dinner.  Raffle tickets will be sold separately at the event for additional chances at fabulous prizes.

RTA salutes soldiers of all ages and appreciates the sacrifices they've made.
