Due to the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon, the #19: Broadway - Miles will be rerouted on Saturday and Sunday, October 5 - 6 during the following times:
Beginning Sunday, October 5, 2013, 6:00am, Public Square, Ontario and Superior will be closed for setup.
During that time, the following reroute will be in effect:
Westbound: Regular route to Ontario - Euclid, right on Euclid, left on East Roadway, right on Superior, left on E 6, left on St. Clair, right on Ontario returning to regular route.
Eastbound: Regular route to St. Clair - Ontario, continue St. Clair, left on W 6, continue West Prospect, right on Ontario returning to regular route.
On Sunday, October 6, 2013, 7:00am - 2:00pm, many major streets will be closed and will cause traffic delays as well as service interruptions including some areas unable to be serviced by transit during the race.
During that time, the following reroute will be in effect:
Westbound: Regular route to Broadway - E 14, continue north on E 14, left on Prospect, left on Ontario to layover.
Eastbound: From layover, left on Huron, right on Prospect, right on E 14 to Broadway returning to regular route.
On Sunday, October 6, 2013, 2:00pm - approximately 4:00pm, some major roads will be reopened and a different set of reroutes will then be used during this time.
During that time, the following reroute will be in effect:
Westbound: Regular route to Ontario - Prospect, left on Prospect to layover before W 6.
Eastbound: From layover, left on W 6, right on Huron, right on Superior, right on Prospect, right on Ontario returning to regular route.
