Bus Operator Job Fair

Each Bus Operator applicant will be plunged into our RTA helping culture by:

• Accessing on-site computers (and receiving help from HR); new applicants can complete the application and pre-hire assessment on-site.
• Stepping into a Trolley for on-the-spot interviews.
  • Successful interviewees will receive immediate offer extensions, pending required background check, physical, and drug screen.
  • Unsuccessful operator applicants/interviewees will be encouraged to consider alternate open positions.
• Watching our Bus Training Instructors & Operator Trainees as they perform maneuvers on the CDL training track.
• Meeting district and main office management.
• Enjoying the music as one of RTA's resident DJ's spins records livestreams music.

Please be sure to bring your Driver's License (CDL not required).
