As summer turns to fall, Cleveland comes alive with the sights and sounds of Fresh Fest Cleveland 2023! This annual event, held in the heart of the Urban Agriculture Innovation Zone, is a celebration of arts, agriculture, and community unity. From 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 9, visitors will have the opportunity to experience all kinds of creative spaces, including live music performances by local and nationally acclaimed musicians, meditation stations, a Kiddie Zone for children, a farmer’s market, and art exhibits.
One of the unique aspects of Fresh Fest Cleveland is its emphasis on urban agriculture. Visitors can explore the various urban farms in the area and sample fresh, local produce at the farmer’s market. Guests can also visit wellness stations and participate in guided meditation and yoga sessions. For families with children, there’s plenty to keep the little ones entertained. The Kiddie Zone offers interactive activities and educational workshops for kids.
Transit Police will also be on-site with Operation Community Watch, offering free child identification kits. These free IDs have information on the child with an updated picture and fingerprint if an emergency arises, and this information is needed.
