The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) awarded $10.6 million in grant funds to the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) to support an electric vehicle pilot project. The funding to support this award is from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), under the U.S.

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) will close the Red Line W.117 – Madison Station on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, until further notice due to needed rehabilitation work of the station’s platform and track bridges that were constructed in 1953.

Starting Sunday, July 7 through August 3, 2024, 67R buses will replace the suspended Blue and Green Line rail service east of Tower City station for four weeks due to GCRTA Engineering projects and Power & Way maintenance work.
