CLEVELAND, OH – The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) customer service center located in the Main Office building is re-opening 8 a.m. Monday, April 5, after being closed temporarily last year due to Covid.
Hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday at 1240 West Sixth Street, Cleveland, OH 44115.
RTA advises customers to bring a valid, non-expired photo ID to apply for RTA ID cards. RTA staff will assist customers in the office and waiting areas.
Applications may also be submitted by fax to 216-350-5284 or in person at the Tower City Customer Service Center in the lower level rotunda at Tower City, which is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Physical distancing protocols and plexi-glass partitions are in place to assure customer safety inside the center and the waiting area. Masks are required for all customers and will be provided, if needed.
