CLEVELAND, OH – Effective at the close of business hours on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, the Main Office of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority on W. 6th Street will be closed to the public due to state and local public health advisories related to COVID-19. Entry to the building will be for only employees and those who have appointments scheduled at the Main Office. The closure will continue until further notice.
Employees and visitors with appointments will continue to self-check their temperatures upon arrival.
The customer service office that serves Americans with Disabilities (ADA) and other customers, and is located on the first floor of the RTA Main Office Building, will also be closed. Any ADA customer who needs assistance or who has questions about obtaining or renewing a RTA photo ID should call 216-566-5124.
