Cleveland, OH – The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) Board of Trustees today unanimously approved a new contract for GCRTA Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, India L. Birdsong Terry. The contract continues Mrs. Terry’s employment as GCRTA’s General Manager and CEO through December 31, 2027. She has led the agency since September 16, 2019.
