Call 216-621-9500 and select 2 or remain on the line to speak to one of our highly trained Telephone Information Center Operators. Provide them with your departure and destination points and your time and day of travel information. Please have paper and pencil ready to note the information received. Feel free to repeat the information received.

Our Telephone Information Center Operator services include:

• Answers to general routing, scheduling, and service inquiries Personalized detailed trip planning assistance RTA reroute information (due to construction. parades, street closures,etc)
• Estimated bus/ trains departure and arrival times with landmark information. RTA transfer, fares, and marketing information RTA special service information (i.e. Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, Gateway/Gund Arena events, etc..)
• Responds to TDD and relay customer transit inquires
• Provides RTA timetables, fare, service and brochure mailing
• Provides information via fax responses
• Provides RTA Answerline Automated Information Instructional Assistance
