Beginning Friday, May 17, 2024, 12:00pm - Sunday, May 19, 2024, 11:00am, Payne Avenue will be closed between E 27 and E 30 for the Annual Cleveland Asian Festival.
During this time, the following reroute will be in effect:
#9: Mayfield - Hough
Westbound: Regular route to Payne and E 30, right on E 30, left on Superior, left on E 24, right on Payne returning to regular route.
Eastbound: Regular route to Payne and E 24, left on E 24, right on Superior, right on E 30, left on Payne returning to regular route.
Please note, from 6am - 9am on Sunday, April May 19, 2024, this route will aslo be affected by the reroutes for the Cleveland Marathon.
